Pear and Ginger Juice

In light of the fact that it it is the beginning of the pear season we have a delicious recipe to make a pear smoothie, you can make it with any pear, the thing with pears is that you will generally need to add more liquid (ie some fresh clean water) or in this case add carrot juice for some extra Vitamin A, otherwise the consistency is too thick.

Juice 2 carrots,
small knob of fresh ginger
2 ripe pears
You can add a little parsley too.
